With Blackboard we can give some users access to parts of our system admin tab, but restrict other parts, using Blackboard privileges and system roles. In my opinion, there should be those that have full control – power users or expert users, and those that have the ability to run or view certain reports, based on their role at the University. For instance Service Desk staff would only see Support Reports. DVC Academic would only see Course Activity Reports.
