- Resetting user message views will not affect insights and data on individual help items
Resetting the message views for a user means that any proactive message for which they have clicked “Don’t show again” will be displayed to the user again.
- The ability to create and edit account roles and permissions will be available from July 6. You’ll be able to use your Impact dashboard to invite members of your team and institution and set up configurations that will determine which content they can control and access.
