Problem: What are you unable to achieve? (optional)

When remove the user assignments from a message/article, it has to choose the user groups in the assignments list. If there is a few user groups, it's not a problem. However, if we have assigned it to 30+ groups (e.g., schools + year 1, schools + year 2 etc), we have to manually choose all these groups from the list. This is inefficient. Currently, how I did is to check the message/article, then edit it and remove the assigned users from the editing window.

Solution: What is your proposed solution?

Would it be possible to add an option of "clear current assignments" on the window - "Modify assignments of selected article: Add Assignments, Remove Assignments, Override Assignments"? Click this option once, it clears all existing assigned user groups with the article.

Alternatively, add an option of "clear current assignments" on the window - "Remove user assignments from 1 article". Click this option once, it clears all existing assigned user groups with the article.
