With certain important announcements, it is helpful to place messages on the LMS login page or even the public-facing pages of the university. Same goes with providing support escalation through the EesySupport button. Currently this is possible by placing a Javascript code and using the Producer to hook the context, but it is not easily scalable. For each page, we would need to go back and forth with the EesySoft tech support team.
Solution: What is your proposed solution?
As the Producer is planned to be retired soon, it is helpful to add that functionality to the dashboard. So expert users can select various contexts on their own websites and take the lead in this customization. Ideally we could generate the Javascript code and have a direct way to set up the context.
Looking at EesySoft as a powerful tool beyond only LMS usage, we would like to expand the presence of its proactive messaging and support on public-facing parts of our institution as well. Making this functionality easily accessible and scalable is an important milestone towards that goal.
