Move Inline Editor Button

It would be really nice to be able to move the inline editor button. It sometimes gets in the way of what I'm trying to do and the only option is to re-size my window.

Not only move it, but be able to hide/show it as needed. When I'm training, I'm often showing my screen and participants get distracted by the button I have and they don't. There is a similar feature with CidiLabs DesignTools (when editing content) where the tool can be turned on/off with a combination of keys.
