EesySoft Course report text and the link " Click here to open a report in a new tab", doesn't look like a link , can it be made more obvious.

Instructors don't see "Click here to open the report in a new tab" as a link and don't go any further.
Solution: What is your proposed solution?
Can it be changed to look more like a link, maybe a different color and underlined, bigger text, a button?
