As I prefer making the message box (using eesymessaging) as small as possible with as little text as possible, I would like to be able to insert a link to a help article in support center, for a more in-depth instruction or help.

As it is now, you can only link to an external page or to a popup message but not to support center.

So if the user/student click on the link in the message box, the support center dashboard pops up automatically and opens the correct article.
