Looks like a good start! I wonder if we'd be able to choose which reports we wanted to include? Also, can we change the terminology to suit our own users? We use unit rather than course, or site rather than course and academics, or UA's rather than faculty.

Hope I didn't misunderstand the purposes of the reports. I have a quick look at the mock report. I think this is not for schools but for a central support team to use (like my team). I prefer monthly reports and also we can set up what information we'd like to include in the monthly report. If we can also choose schools, then we can set up automatic reports for required schools with the information that the school interests particularly.

Great comments so far!
Lynn and Alex: You would be able to subscribe non-expert users to this email but this email would be the only stats they would be able to see.
As Lynn mentioned, if you click on Visit my Dashboard at the top of the email or any of the links from the stats within the email, you would need to have expert access to see the finer details.
If this email is not quite enough info for leadership, how deep should the details for them go?

Having a report like this to supplement our case-ticket information would really help our support service. We would be able to easily see any emerging trends amongst our users, so we could anticipate what support needs to be available or updated for them. Tool Adoption, User Activity being included in the reports would be ideal, as would the ability to add our own campaigns and reports to it too.
Adding non Eesysoft user to the emails would be great too, then I am not a single point of failure if I am ill/away on leave and somebody wants some stats!

I see the link "Visit my Dashboard" at the top of the report, does this mean recipients would have to have exp accounts to receive the reports. I can see a need at my institution to have academic leadership receive the reports but without being able to see what specific users were doing (faculty at our school are very protective of how their activity data is being used).

HI everyone! We have some good news - we now have a mock up for what this automated reports email could look like. We are taking immediate steps to get a version of this out soon. Please download the attached pdf to this feature request to see what we have come up with. Note that this is just a draft and we specifically want to know:
1) Is this the kind of information that is relevant and helpful?
2) If not, what else needs to be included?
The intent with this email is that you can select which blocks you want included. You will also be able to subscribe yourself and others to this email - even those without EesySoft access.
Please give us your feedback here to let us know if this information can be helpful for your team and your leadership. Thanks so much all!

Ideally, reports should be collated by the School responsible for each unit/course - but I can understand that would be difficult to do as there is unlikely to be consistence between institutions. Format as .csv so the data can be manipulated, sorted, exported. These would ideally go out twice monthly, so the data would be timely if action is to be taken. But could also be generated on demand.

Yes, I would appreciate an overall picture from all the reports, User Activity, Tool Adoption, Course Activity
